Shipping Information
Our default shipping carrier is United State Post Office. Other carriers may be an option to select at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are calculated real time through your chosen carrier based on the weight and size of your purchase(s).

 

Your order is processed within 48 hours and ships at that time. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive it please contact us at 509-548-4573 and we'll be happy to provide you with your tracking number.

 

We currently only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Order Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel after your order has been placed please email us. Just let us know your order number and name and we will cancel the order out of our system for you.

If your order has already shipped please note you will be refunded for the cost of the product only and you will be responsible for return shipping charges to get the product returned back to the Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum. It may also be subject to a restocking fee. Please see Returns and Exchanges below. Products online that are marked "Shipping & Handling included" are not considered to be free shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Please contact us directly at 509-548-4573 before sending any returns back to us. We will make arrangements for you to send your item to us if that is the solution available.

 


Please carefully inspect your order right away upon delivery from USPS. All claims for damaged items must be filed within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please keep all packing material and the box merchandise was shipped in for inspection in the result of product damage; failure to do so can result in a rejected claim or refund. You must email for return or exchange authorization to start the return or exchange process and include your order number and shipping information. Returns and exchanges can be accepted for up to 10 days with approval from the Nutcracker museum by email and item(s) must be returned within 10 days after you receive approval.

Item must be in new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. The Nutcracker Museum reserves the right to refuse return of any item that is missing any part of its original packaging, appears to be used, altered, or damaged, or is in any way considered to no longer be in re-sale-able condition.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees back to the Nutcracker Museum including insurance in the event that the package is lost in transit.

Damages in Shipment
Items returned due to damage in shipment must have prior permission by email for the return. The damage must be noted in detail and photos of damage may be required. If we authorize the damage return, return shipping will be at the expense of the Nutcracker Museum. The Nutcracker Museum reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is missing any part of its original packaging, appears to be used, altered, or damaged, or is in any way considered to no longer be in the condition it was before it was shipped from the museum (not including any of the documented damage). If you crack a nut with a nutcracker ordered, it is considered a used item and voids the return authorization. The return will be rejected even though there was a claim of damage.

 


Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
