We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase, as long as your purchase is in its original, unused condition. Please make sure there are no signs of use, such as stains or odors.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective. We ask that all returned items be in their original condition and packaging. We do not provide return shipping labels, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's still in mint condition, we'll issue your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Our clerks take every precaution to make certain merchandise leaves our store in perfect condition. Merchandise is removed from it's packaging and carefully inspected before shipping.
However, damages do occur occasionally because of shipping, and extreme temperatures in transit may cause glue joints to be loosened. In our shop we repair loosened glue joints with Goop and on bare wood we try to use Elmer's Wood Glue. Always adjust the position so there is no pressure on the newly glued joint and when possible secure with a rubber band or tape to hold in place while glue dries.
Hand crafted collectibles will have a slight variation in shape, color and sizes are approximate.
Returns and Exchanges for Non-Damaged Merchandise
All "sale items" are final sale. Pre-owned nutcrackers are considered an "as is" sale and therefore are non-refundable.
